MedGraphics has trained field service engineers located
throughout the United States. Each of our field service
engineers is factory trained and carries a service inventory
of components with them to ensure you maximum uptime and
reduced expense. We guarantee all service performed.

MedGraphics offers biomedical engineer
training classes throughout the year. The classes are tailored
to cover the equipment in your facility and are small enough
to ensure you get hands on experience. Classes are accredited
and provide you with Continuing Education Units (CEU's).

Every MedGraphics customer receives technical support,
available 7am to 6 pm CST, Monday thru Friday, via our
toll free service line at 800-333-4137.
Each of our technical support specialists goes through extensive
training on each of our products in order to provide you
with the most efficient support possible.
Technical support can also be contacted via the internet using
our Online
Support. This includes a searchable "AnswerBook"
and a way to submit your questions to Technical Support.
If you have comments or suggestions for our products, please

MedGraphics offers you next day parts shipments upon
request, reducing your lab downtime.
For certain products, MedGraphics offers
in house repair as an economical means of repairing your
system. We also offer loaner products, to keep your lab
productive while the repair is being done. Once the item
in need of repair reaches our facility, we will have it
repaired and on its way back to you in 5-7 business days.
